3. User Accounts

• Guest Users: 3 optimizations per day
• Registered Users: 8 optimizations per day
• Owner Account: Unlimited usage

4.2 Rate Limiting

To prevent abuse, we enforce rate limits (3 requests per minute per IP address). Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent bans.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Generate content that violates our content policies
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of prompts and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service.

Users must not create prompts that contain or promote:

• Sexually explicit or adult content (unless transformed via mature content layer)
• Harmful or dangerous content
• Spam, malware, or phishing
• Infringement of third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these policies.

7. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the Service, you agree to:

• Not click on ads fraudulently or encourage others to do so
• Not use automated tools to generate ad impressions or clicks
• Not attempt to manipulate ad targeting or performance
